Use | Alternatives uses the concept use both as a verb and a noun standing for several events happening together and defined as follows.

It must involve adding or assembling something to yourself or you to something else. This can be a tool or a non-tool. This addition must alter your power or capacity in some way. It will always involve making your disturbances different. And the motivation must always be some form of real or imagined improvement.

If it is a tool it must remain sufficiently the same to be able to be used repetitivley so it can be taken up and set aside as and when required.

It can involve a choice among two or more alternatives. See decision-making process.

The concept use can therefore be used in a very precise way. And with much greater understanding of its implications.

See tool.
